Kelly Morrissey Gamma

Kelly is the General Manager for SERVPRO of Western Dutchess County & Kingston/New Paltz. She is the daughter of owners, Gil & Sheryl Morrissey, and has grown up in the business over the last 21 years. She graduated Marist College and has been in the marketing department for over 10 years. Kelly is IICRC certified in Water Removal and Applied Structural Drying.

Mark Morgan

As we've continued to grow, we welcome Mark back to our team, having worked with our SERVPRO family from 2000-2012. Mark has over 20 years in the restoration industry and recently joined us as our Operations Manager. He oversees all aspects of each job as well as the production staff. 

Mark is a certified Xactimate Trainer and holds tops certifications from the IICRC in microbial remediation, water restoration techniques and fire and smoke restorations.

We're thrilled to have Mark back with our team!

Elizabeth Jinks

Liz is the Office Manager for SERVPRO of Kingston/New Paltz. Liz has been a crucial part of our company for over 16 years. She is very well versed in the insurance industry and is responsible for all National Accounts & Accounts Receivables.

Corey Whitted

Corey Whitted is our Commercial Sales and Marketing Manager. He has lived in Poughkeepsie for 35 years. You might recognize him as he served as the Vice President/AGM of the Hudson Valley Renegades for 12 years. Most recently he was Director of Operations for the Poughkeepsie Galleria Mall. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Mid-Hudson Civic Center, Ice Time Sports Complex and Sugar Loaf Performing Arts Center and will continue to be very active in the community.

Adrian Shipman

Production Crew Chief: Adrian has been with SERVPRO for over 15 years!! There is no stain or odor that Adrian can't get out and is relied upon greatly for his amazing knowledge and experience. Certifications include: IICRC-WRT, IICRC-FST, IICRC-ASD, NYS Mold Licensed.

Kemore Thompson

Estimator/Production Manager: Kemore has been with SERVPRO for over 14 years! Certifications include: IICRC-WRT, IICRC-FST, IICRC-ASD and is NYS Mold Licensed.

Cristina dos Santos

Controller- Cristina became affiliated with our team as a CPA with over 20 years experience! She handles all aspects of Accounts Payable, Receivable, Payroll administration, budget implementation and financial strategies. Cristina helps keep us going in the right direction!

Amy Mihalchik

Amy Mihalchik: Marketing Support Coordinator/Commercial Business Development- Amy joined SERVPRO in October of 2018 and comes to the team with an extensive background in sales and marketing from the property management and real estate fields. Amy is charged with all aspects of social media and online presence, advertising and promotions, positioning in the market place, strategic planning and growth, supporting the sales team, event coordination and creation of print and media materials.

Additionally, you'll see Amy out on the road in all areas of Western Dutchess County working with local businesses, properties and insurance companies. Wave hello if you see her in the green SERVPRO car!

Wanda Grinder

Wanda joined our team in 2019 as Commercial Business Development for the Ulster County businesses. She joins us with a background in sales in all avenues of mitigation services and is a licensed real estate agent. Wanda is a true team-spirit-minded person with a deep sense of commitment and caring.

Michelle Maulsby

Michelle has been a huge asset to our front office team as an administrative assistant and scheduling coordinator. She has an infectious smile and always helps brighten everyone's day!

Spenser Harnischfeger

Spenser is our Reconstruction Job File Coordinator and deals with all aspects of the final touches after  remediation is complete. From sheetrock to flooring to painting, Spenser knows her stuff!

Alysia Ingrassia

Say hello to our Contents Manager, Alysia! Alysia joined us over 2 years ago and has completed her Water Damage Restoration Certification and currently heads up all things relating to a client's personal property damage. Alysia has proved a huge asset to our growing family and has perfected a vital inventory system to make sure our client's personal belongings are taken care of the right way, the first time!

Roberto Ribadeneira

Roberto joins us with years of experience in the restoration industry and is one of our project estimators. Roberto is bilingual and has his OSHA 10 certificate as well as his Water Damage Restoration Technician certification. He's always got a smile on his face and truly enjoys helping everyone however he can!

Alex Kulcsar

Alex joined us recently as a Technician and already certified in Water Damage Restoration! Alex is precise and prefers to be hands on with every aspect of the restoration work and always enjoys interacting with our clients to help lift the stress off of their shoulders.
